Perfect stay, couldn’t have been happier. We will definitely recommend Edna’s condo to family and friends. The location was amazing, walking distance to the beach, entertainment, shopping, & restaurants. Condo was cute and comfy. We had an issue with the shower and Edna was easily accessible and was able to get us help within minutes. I’ll add that the shower issue ended up being user error, you just have to pull really hard to turn it on.

This has been one of the best experiences I have ever had with a rental. From the original booking to the great recommendations during the stay, Edna was fantastic at staying in touch and making sure this was a great experience. I would highly recommend booking here if you want a central location with quick access to the beach.

Location, Location, perfect! Edna was available via phone when we needed a different parking as someone had parked in our asigned spot. Staff helpful. We stayed 5 days ate out 3x the rest we did our own cooking. Used the pool and laundry. It was a 3 generational stay.

This is a perfect spot to stay at when visiting with friends and family. The Condo is located near everything ! The host constantly checked in and asked if we needed anything. 100% would recommend everyone to stay here. The condo is nice and spacious. Perfect for a family of 5. My wife and I stayed at Edna’s Waikiki Condo celebrating our 45th anniversary. This property served as a welcome oasis. The location is in the middle of all the action. In a perfectly secure building which included gated parking a mere ten minutes from a beautiful beach, who could ask for more. Her attentive staff was ever present; helping us with the condo’s electronics. Every question was answered within minutes. This is a fabulous place to stay in Honolulu. Edna is a peach!

I stayed with two friends at this property. We had such an amazing time. The condo was very clean upon arrival and Edna was very responsive to any questions we had. It was in an amazing location. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and the beach. It was so nice to have all the beach toys and boogie boards to use! We didn’t rent a car and we able to walk and use the bus to get around. The pool is still closed, but we didn’t mind because the ocean was so close. Thanks Edna for letting us stay at your beautiful condo!

The place is clean and organized. We ran into a bit of an issue when checking in because we didn't get the check-in instruction beforehand but the host was very responsive and helped us checked in. During our stay, there was an issue with water leaking from the dishwasher, even though we didn't use it, that leaked into the apartment below us. Someone came immediately to get it fixed. We didn't use any of the beach toys and beach cooler as they looked old and worn out. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

Great one bedroom right in the heart of Honolulu. Stocked very well and very clean! Within walking distance to everything! Great having a spot in the parking garage. Edna was very responsive and gave great suggestions! Really enjoyed staying here and definitely will be back!

What a wonderful experience. Easy check in and check out, and a caring and accessible host in Edna. The place was clean and very comfortable with 2 full beds and a sleeper sofa couch with plenty of room to stretch out. It has all the appliances needed for a relaxing stay, and it is an easy 4 minute walk from there heart of Waikiki Beach. Don’t waste your money on a high rise Waikiki hotel— this place has everything you need and more. I would definitely stay here again. 5 stars

Great property and location only a couple blocks from Waikiki beach. The only downfall is the pool is being worked on, there’s no hot tub as mentioned under amenities and you have to pay a deposit (no big deal) to play pool and golf. The tennis courts and shuffleboard are shut down as well. The property fit my family of 5’s needs. It has several different cooking utensils and the bbq grills on location are great. Edna was very attentive and responsive with any questions/needs. The check in process takes a bit to find the correct lockbox due to there being so many. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

We felt comfortable the second we entered the condominium. We needed help with the keys and Edna answered my phone call on the second ring. We were able to get the keys within 5 minutes. Edna’s detailed instructions were easy to follow. She also gave us a list of activities near by. We especially enjoyed the box of chocolate covered macadamia nuts. We definitely would like return again to her place soon.

What a wonderful condo. We stayed two days here and it was perfect. The condo is clean and roomy.. we didn’t rent a car because we have been to Oahu before but wanted to do some things that we enjoyed before. The bus stop is right out front!!! The International Market is so close you can walk and just a two block walk to the Famous Wakkii Beach. Edna is the condo owner and she is awesome!!! We wanted to go to Aloha Stadium for sovereign shopping and she supplied a cart to get our treasures home. At night we sat on the Lanai and watched the city lights. We would recommend this property

This was our first time in Hawaii, and I can’t recommend this place enough! It’s within walking distance of so many places and they even provided beach supplies. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Edna is extremely accommodating and an amazing host. Thank you so much! When we return to Hawaii, we’ll definitely be booking here again.

Perfect little spot in the city

Our family of 5 stayed here our first two nights on the islands. We’re from the east coast and arrived fairly late and were pretty tired but the condo had several restaurants and stores really close by so we were able to grab something and just relax pretty quickly. Because we weren’t there very long, we didn’t use the kitchen except for storing luggage (!) so I can’t speak to its performance but it looked like it had what one would need. We knew the place would be small for the 5 of us (did I mention luggage in the kitchen) but that was fine for our purposes. It was comfortable and convenient and that’s what we needed. A nice start to our trip.

In all it was a good stay. The utilization of small space was great; not so much for the Beday in that small bathroom ( not all people are tiny). We were out all day so we only showered and slept. We will be staying again in the future.

This location is perfectly convenient! It is surrounded by stores and restaurants! The walk to the beach took 5 minutes! It has a great city view and the corner location was quiet! The place was clean and the check in process was simple and convenient! Edna reached out several times although we fidnt need anything! If I make it back to the big island this would be my home away from home!

The property was fantastic and in a great location. Restaurants, shops, grocery/convenience stores, entertainment and the beach within a very short, safe enjoyable stroll. We were very impressed with the "at home" vibe of the condominium and the incredible personal touch and communication from the owner; the only way she could have been more accommodating is if she would have shown up with breakfast in bed! LOL Thank you for the best stay in Hawaii...we would definitely choose to stay in this property again.

Aloha Edna, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo. This is an end unit condo (nice) with a balcony in front and views from almost all angles, a definite plus. It's centrally located to a lot of eateries, entertainment and shopping. Waikiki beach is but a short 10-15 minute walk. Overall, it is as described. This property was perfect. If you wanted to cook there was multiple items available. It was very centrally located in Waikiki so you are able to walk to pretty much everything. The beach is maybe a 6 min walk. Having the being the parking garage is a big plus since there is very limited parking in that area. Definitely rent a car and go to north shore!! Edna is a great host and offers towels and multiple beach items like a cooler/umbrella Boogie boards. Thank you soo much!!

Wanted a last minute weekend getaway with my kids. Checked VRBO and found Edna’s listing for the Royal Kuhio. It fit our needs perfectly. The unit is tastefully decorated, clean, and includes many kitchen and beach amenities. The Royal Kuhio itself is centrally located to much of what Waikiki has to offer. Edna is a great hostess and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

My best friend and our daughters spent five nights and we enjoyed our stay. It’s a central location to beach, shopping and all the fun eating places. Will would stay again if this size place fits our needs in the future. The use of toys and cooler was nice. We shopped groceries day one and saved because this apt has all utensils/seasoning/utility for meals. The only drawback for me was the pool is drained and looks to be in need of fixing. Other than that it set and met my expectations. Edna is I’m touch to answer questions and very sweet.

We loved staying here! Edna was so kind and reached out to us when we arrived to ensure everything went smooth. The building is secure and easy to access. The view from her condo is beautiful. There is the perfect breeze at all times of the day so we didn't even need the a.c. This location is so convenient because it is close to shopping and walking distance to the beach. I had my husband and two teenage daughters and there was plenty of room for all of us. The price was very reasonable considering the free parking and the location. When we come back we will definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay in Honolulu! Owner is very responsive whenever I had questions. Because the condo is in Waikiki, it can be loud at times, but that didn’t bother us. We were gone most of the day and so pooped out at night. The place is quite cozy. Very clean and it had everything you need in the kitchen if you wanted to cook a meal. It’s the first rental I’ve had that provided a full spice rack for guests to use. I usually only see salt & pepper if anything. There were beds for everyone in our family of 5. The sofa bed is actually a daybed with a trundle so it’s much more comfortable than a typical sofa bed. In the bedroom, there were two queens (one very very firm mattress and one softer mattress). The firm mattress was a bit too firm for me personally so my husband I slept on the softer mattress. Edna even provided beach gear—beach chairs, cooler, and an umbrella that was a life saver for us. The sun is strong in Waikiki so you need to bring shade with you to the beach. The beach is very close by. Less than 10 min walk. Lots of hops and restaurants within walking distance. I loved that you could walk to Starbucks across the street from the building! No laundry in the unit but there’s a laundry room on the 7th floor you can use. It cost $2 to wash and $2 to dry laundry. There isn’t a coin change machine as stated in description so bring quarters with you if you plan on doing laundry. Pool was under construction so it was closed during our visit. But who wants to use the pool when you have the beautiful waters of the beach so close by? I would defiantly use this place again should we stay in Waikiki!

This was a great location to be able so stay. We just had one night left on our Oahu vacation and wanted one night closer to the airport and still be able to experience Diamond Head and Waikiki beach. The room was fabulous and exactly like the listing said. The condo accommodations were great and the location was perfect. The pool was closed and not sure is that was for covid or remodel but we were going to spend our time on the beach anyway. Great eating and shopping in this area. We would book here again if staying in Honolulu.

Wonderful stay! I had a party of six, and Edna‘s condo had everything that we needed including that extra touch of hospitality and she had taken the extra time to really make the place feel like home. Anytime I needed her she was very prompt in communicating and also had someone on site to help with anything that we had a problem with which was nothing. Everything was great! Wonderful location, no complaints here and we would stay there again and hopefully one day we’ll get to do that. The location of this condo is great! Walking distance to the beach and a lot of great restaurants and shops. Free parking is a huge plus if you want to rent a car and explore the island. We also used the surf board cage for a small fee. This was huge as we are a surfing family and could rent boards for the week and store them at the condo building. Edna is wonderful to work with! Very responsive and willing to do whatever it takes to make your stay enjoyable. The sleeping arrangements were a bit tight for 3 teenagers, but Edna had a mattress delivered right away and that worked well.

This lovely well stocked condo is a short walk from central Waikiki beach and many restaurants as well as good shopping. The owner is amazingly quick to respond to any request and the staff are friendly and efficient. The condo is so well stocked that it feels like home. We spent a month there and were quite pleased. The only caveat is that the pool and fitness center are not open. One due to COVID and the pool is a gaping hole that is supposed to be under renovation . But the ocean is so near that it solves both problems. We highly recommend and would stay again!

Loved this property - Edna was very welcoming and the place was spotless. It's in a great position but it can be a little noisy on Friday and Saturday nights - it didn't worry us as the beds were extremely comfortable and we slept like logs. Will definitely be back - thanks Edna

This was such a perfect spot for us. Edna provides a pack n play for our 1yo and the entire condo was super clean and family friendly. I highly recommend this condo. If we come back to Hawaii we will be booking this place again. There are familiar places around this condo for our kids (McDonald’s and starbucks). Yummy Marukame udon is literally walking distance. International market and many restaurants are close by. Waikiki beach is a small walk down a few blocks. The condo was extremely clean. plenty of towels for our family to use. It truly was the best choice we made! Thanks Edna will definitely recommend to friends and family as well!

This very clean and well equipped condo is located in the heart of Waikiki. It is just a very short walk to the famous Waikiki beach. Edna has thought of everything and included beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs,, & a cooler so you can experience the beach like a native! We also went to the Polynesian Culture Center and on an island tour . Pickup points for both tours were just steps from our building. The well equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare any meals even including an assortment of spices and plenty of dishes & pots & pans. The beds are wonderful! We slept very well! There is even a bidet! That was a new experience for us - and we really liked it! The decor is lovely and done in a charming tropical style . Everything in the condo is in excellent condition! There are plenty of nice thick towels and sheets. Most importantly Edna is a lovely host who quickly became our friend! She personally and quickly answered my emails which I sent way before our stay. She answered all my questions with thoughtful & helpful tips for places to eat & special things to do which greatly enhanced our time in Waikiki. While there I even purchased a wonderful high end ukulele from the Ukulele Store! We plan on coming back soon to Waikiki and definitely will be staying in this wonderful condo! If I could have given 10 stars for this condo and Edna I most certainly would have done that!

We were pleased with the condo. The listing was accurate as stated. Bed was very comfortable. Had everything that we needed except beach towels. The explanation for the keys and fobs was a bit confusing but we checked with security and they pointed us in the right direction. The pool was under construction so it wasn't open. The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes and there is plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance as well.

This was our third time staying at this condo and we will definitely stay here again. It's a very clean, tastefully Hawaiian to styled one- bedroom one bathroom condo. Bedroom has two very comfortable queen size beds with a large dresser, nightstand and closets with lots of hangers. 1 bathroom however the sink with drawers and cabinets are separate from the bathroom which makes it very convenient for more than one person to get washed and dressed at the same time. Lots of storage area for bath essentials. Also many towels were available as well as beach towels. The very nice full-size kitchen had everything working properly. Also the living room is a very nice size with a good working tv, also a tv in bedroom. Waikiki is never very quiet but with the two air conditioners running we were able to sleep very well without hearing noise. The condo sits in a very convenient area of Waikiki and the bus stopis right outside the door. The walk to the beach is only a couple blocks. Many, many restaurants and stores all around the area. Edna, the owner, is marvelous to work with. My husband and I are so glad we found this condo!!

My wife and I have started here twice and enjoyed it both times. The location is perfect for our favorite activities; shopping and eating. The parking is easy and the unit is very well equipt. We we're experiencing a rare Honolulu Heat Wave, but the ACs kept us cool and comfortable during our stay. While my wife and I had plenty of room, the unit is a bit small for more than two adults. Also, the pool and recreation address were being renovated during our stay. The is no real view from this unit but that is not a negative for us. And we love the bidet.

We had a pleasant stay at this location. It is only a10 minute walk to Waikiki beach, with shops and restaurants all around. The studio was a nice size for our family, comfortable beds, AC in both bedroom and living room. Very helpful to have laundry services on site and reserved parking space. Property owner is extremely sweet and responsive. You are in good hands if you choose this location!

I have been lucky enough to travel to Oahu annually for the past several years. Each time I book this unit. I have stayed in other units at this same complex, but nothing compares to this unit. This unit is clean, spacious, very well-decorated, and the owner, Edna, is a pleasure to correspond with. The unit is stocked with more than everything that we needed. I love that we didn’t need to pack beach towels, and Edna provided beach chairs and a boogie board for us. How nice is that? Typically, you don’t get that kind of service included with your stay. Plus, the location is the best around. You’re right in the heart of Waikiki. We were right across the street from the International Market Place. We were walking distance from amazing stores to shop, fast casual restaurants, and fine dining. The bus stop and biki bike rentals are just outside the building too. But most importantly, the unit includes parking! I couldn’t be happier staying here. Book this unit. Trust me, you won’t regret it!

Excellent position in Waikiki. Everything close by. The Waikiki Trolleys are great value, particularly if you buy a 4 Day pass for all 6 Lines. We did 5 of them including Pearl Harbour and along the coast to Sandy Bay. Apartment was good, although one of the beds in the bedroom has passed its use by date. But for 2 of us it was fine. Kitchen reasonably equiped. Unfortunately, they’re renovating the pool and the noise from drilling/cutting concrete did make us have to go out!

The condo was super clean and has everything we needed. The 2 queen size beds were very comfortable. Really loved A/C's and ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped with all cooking utensils, rice cooker, blender, slow cooker, toaster and coffee maker. There's a great collection of beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, beach towels, beach mats, cooler etc.that saved us from renting and made our beach time a pleasant one. Check-in/check-out was very easy and free secure parking is a real plus. Although the pool was closed for renovation we did not really miss it since there are so many amazing things to do. Loved our stay and would definitely recommend it to my friends and family and will definitely come back again.

We continue to stay every year at Edna’s condo in Waikiki. Condo is very well equipped and is located in an awesome spot-close to everything, no need for a car. Unfortunately pool deck was being refinished which made it loud and a bit of a drag not having a pool-but on the positive side-I’m sure we will enjoy the new pool area next year! Edna is always so wonderful to deal with-thanx again for letting us enjoy your condo!

The unit was well equipped and clean. Like a number of other visitors stated it is noisy since it's on a main street. However keeping the ac going helps some. It is a safe building and the security staff was really good. Edna was very responsive and pleasant to work with.

We were 3 adults and 2 children. We found the condo comfortable and very handy to beaches, shopping and fun activities! There was a pool, as well as opportunities for other sport games and exercise equipment available in the recreation area of the condo facility! We had very clear and complete information on accessing the condo and a parking area. Our experience was quite positive!

Loved this super clean, beautifully decorated condo in a perfect location. We truly appreciate the 2 very comfortable queen size beds, air conditioners and tropical ceiling fans in both living room and bedroom, had everything we needed.We definitely would recommend this awesome place and would greatly consider staying here again !

Great place for our trip, the condo was very nice, extremely clean and well kept with comfortable beds and pillows. Both living room and bedroom had A/Cs, ceiling fans and flat screen TVs. It is in the perfect location right in the heart of Waikiki.We will definitely recommend this unit to our friends and can't wait to come back.

First I would like to say Edna is very responsive. There was a slight issue upon our arrival but Edna took care of it. We were a family of 5 and this place did well for our needs. Its in a great location. A little nosiey at night but the AC helps with that. We also felt safe as there is 24 hour security and need key fob to rooms and parking. Oh yes and parking was free this was also a plus. There was a cooler, beach umbrella, lounge seats and beach mats which came in useful. We would stay here again when we visit.

The property was very convenient for our visit. I would probably not even rent a car . I did not use the bus system but did do tours and walked every where . The rental was very clean and had everything we needed. We had an issue will one of the mattresses and Edna called an offered to replace it immediately. We used the pool area daily and also used the laundry room. I would not hesitate to stay here again .

Most of our time at the condo was spent sleeping and the condo accommodated us well for that. It was tight for 2 adults and 3 teenage children and a baby but we knew that going in. It is very clean. You get several towels which was nice for a big family. The location is nice as it is within walking distance of the beach, shopping, and restaurants. We were not impressed with the elevators, at times waiting more than 10 minutes to get one. There are 3 elevators and most of our trip one was broken and sometimes 2 of them which made this problem a lot worse. The game area is a little different as you have to put a deposit down of $20 to get a basketball, pool table balls and sticks, volleyball, pins for workout equipment, etc... This is especially annoying when it takes so long to get the elevators. The game area and pool area could use to have some upgrades as it is wore down and unsightly. The key system to get around the place is also strange. You need to have a key to go anywhere pretty much other than the lobby, including the parking garage. The elevator to the parking garage did not take you to your guest rooms so you had to catch a different elevator. Again because of the maintenance issues with the elevators and the fact that it took so long to get one this was extremely annoying. All in all the condo was very nice and Edna was great at responding to our messages. I wish there were a couple extra blankets as we had someone sleeping in living room and had to purchase a blanket for, again this has a lot to do with knowing the unit was a little small for our family. I would give 5 star if not for the elevator and game area. We would definitely return in the future.

Located in the heart of Waikiki, this condo was indeed a perfect hidden gem. Beautifully decorated and cozy, the unit was a great place to rest up before heading out to the paradise that is Hawaii. It's location provides access to the beach (couple blocks away), shops, and restaurants. Forgotten in all of this is the value you get. The pricing is highly competitive with the nearby hotels, but you get parking! PARKING!!!! Anyone knows how hotels gouge you with daily hotel parking prices. Not here. You get an assigned spot so it's always there for you. That's upwards of $40/day you get to spend on the fantastic local cuisine or souvenirs. Edna, the owner, is a pleasure to correspond with. This is our sixth time staying here and will definitely do so again every time we come back to Oahu. We highly recommend you do the same.

A near-perfect Waikiki condo!

Thus little gem was ideal for our Honolulu 10 night stay. My wife is from Oahu and we visit often. We don't do many tourist things anymore. We mainly come to visit family and friends and to eat and shop. I will summarize with the pluses and minor minuses: Pluses - great location close to the action (shopping and eating), easy, free parking (a must for us), nicely appointed, very well equipped, enough storage space and clean, clean, clean! Minor minuses - inconvenient laundry facility, no view and temporarily non-functioning elevators. In fact the elevator situation was not that minor. Even when all elevators are working, it's not ideal. We used the stairs a lot. We would recommend this unit for a couple staying for about a week. Maybe one or two young (4-7 yrs) children would be OK. We will likely use it again.

We had a great stay at this unit. It is a block away the famous Kalakaua Ave where all the fancy restaurants and shops are. Half a block from Ross where most of tour buses do their pick up and drop offs and you have the bus stop at corner. Mcdonald's right in front of the building perfect for my picky eater. And just a few blocks away from the beach. The unit is very clean, very comfortable. it has all we need for a week of stay. And a big thing is that we felt secured the whole time we were there. There's round the clock security stationed by the doors to the elevators, parking garage is gated and need keys to get in. Edna has been a great host. very responsive and very considerate with our requests. She kept in touch reminding to contact her right away if we have any concerns. I would recommend this unit to everyone I know who is planning to go to Oahu and will be staying here again for sure on our next visit. Mahalo.

Staying at Edna’s was fabulous. Check in went smoothly,. The unit it’s self was perfect size for my Family. Bathroom is a bit small but everything else was comfortably fit. Kitchen is fully equipped and I like that it’s also fully equipped with cleaning tools. Although there’s no daily maid services being fully equipped made it all the better. But, never once heard from the owner at any point...not even after booking. The condo is nice overall but the location can be a bit noisy at times. Also, there is a bus stop right outside and the corner can become quite busy. Unit was stocked with most of the necessities but some dish towels in the kitchen would have been helpful. Overall it was a nice place and conveniently located within walking distance of most areas of Waikiki.

We like the Royal Kuhio and this unit was what we were looking for. There were a few things needed to be changed. The biggest problem was the ant nest in the kitchen. We put up with the ants, but Edna needs to address them. The kitchen supplies were not as complete as we have experienced in other rentals. I general everything else was good. We would stay there again.

The location of this condo is great- right in downtown Waikiki with the bus stop right out front! We cooked a lot and there was plenty of utensils. It is a little noisy from the street below but we found that if you turned the AC fan on it blocked out most of the noise. The beds were very comfortable although we did not use the pull out bed. We just completed a 5 night stay at Edna's condo. This is the 2nd time in 1 1/2 years that we stayed in this condo. It has been very good both times. It's clean, 2 queen beds are very comfortable, nice full size kitchen, comfortable living room and we like that the bathroom sink is in a separate room from the toilet and shower. The 2 air-conditioners work great, which help block out the little bit of street noise in the mornings. Edna has very tastefully decorated the condo in a really cute Hawaiian decor! The condo is in a convenient area of Waikiki, everything you need is nearby for a great vacation in Waikiki!

Location, location, location! Incredible value for where you are! Downtown Waikiki and walking distance to Waikiki Beach for this price was such a deal. The unit itself was excellent! Not a 5-star hotel suite but darn near close! Spacious bedroom with two queen size beds and a pull-out sofa bed for more sleepers. Full kitchenette and full bathroom. All recently updated. The best part? Designated garage parking included! We've stayed at a couple other units in this building, but this has been the best by far.

We enjoyed our stay at Unit 1012 at the Royal Kuhio. The Unit looks exactly as the photo on VRBO. It was just right for 2 people. It has 2 queen beds which were comfortable. The Kuhio is on a busy street. it was 3 blocks from Waikiki Beach. Easy walk. Shopping all around you. We even walked to the zoo. We loved having our own free parking spot. The condo was great compared to staying in a standard hotel room. Great price compared to everything around you plus free parking.The Kuhio needs updating older building. Looks like they were starting renovations, painting,new carpet while we were there. Our Unit was fine clean and has all the comforts of home I will stay again if in Honolulu. Edna the owner very helpful. The only thing I would recommend to Edna is earlier checkin 5:30 is a bit late.

Our family of 4 stayed in Edna's condo for 3 nights and we were very happy with our stay. The beds were comfortable, the condo was clean and had everything we needed. The location of the condo was perfect for exploring Waikiki/Honolulu and we loved the fact that a parking space was included! Edna was very responsive to our questions and very accommodating with any requests we made (ie. leaving our luggage in the room prior to check in). We would not hestitate to stay here again on a return trip to Honolulu.

We enjoyed our short stay at this condo. We were my husband and myself and my 28-year-old stepson. My stepson was going to stay on the pull-out couch but it appeared to be broken and we could not open it. The very nice maintenance man came the following morning and opened it up. We had to leave it pulled out the entire time we were there because we weren't sure we'd be able to close it and open it again. The maintenance man also brought sheets for it, so apparently they were not expecting us to use it. So if you are planning on using it maybe you need to tell them in advance of your intentions. Other than that, everything else was great. For a small space, it had a very nice little kitchen with plenty of dishes, glasses, etc, two TVs, Wi-Fi and a little balcony. The building had a large laundry area and a pool and it was very convenient to Waikiki. Also we loved the assigned parking spot. Mahalo.

This property is perfectly situated, well stocked, clean, comfortable and felt like home. My family of 3 adults and one 10 month old baby thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We were close to everything, slept well on the comfortable beds, happy for the parking place so easy to access. I felt safe after my family went home/ the security was excellent. This condo is on Kuhio Ave, so only 2 1/2 blocks to Waikiki beach and 2 blocks to the Ala Wai canal--which is a great place to go for a run. The condo has all the amenities you need for cooking and there are some lawn chairs and boogie boards, floats etc on the deck. The building is a little on the old side and 40 stories, but we got to use the pool and bbq( which you have to sign up for) without any problems. Never had to wait. The unit had two air conditioners which kept the suite cool, but are a little noisy. We've stayed in this building before, on the 15th floor , about 10 years ago. Funny thing is we don't remember it being that noisy in Honolulu. Both units have the glass shutter style windows, so they don't help matters, but maybe being higher up is quieter or we are just getting older and are more sensitive. The owner Edna is very attentive to your needs and very pleasant to deal with. The toilet wouldn't stop running and a repair man was there within a few hours. One unfortunate thing is there are no beach towels available. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because of the noise.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay in the unit. Bus stop outside building which is very handy. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Food pantry 10minute walk down the road for groceries. Centrally located for shoppaholics. One little thing to mention for more than two people staying in the unit there is very little storage space for their luggage as all the cupboards were full of household cleaning products/equipment/items.

I cannot think of enough "C" superlatives to complete my alliteration! However, congratulations to you, the reader, for considering this rental; you are one step closer to a great stay. The location is great; Waikiki beach was a few blocks away. There were plenty of ABC stores within walking distance for supplies, many food options were within walking distance, and there were plenty of stores around for shopping like Ross and H&M. However, since you have a parking spot included, I suggest renting a car and taking a quick drive to Food Land, Don Quijote, and Walmart. All three are located around the Ala Moana Center, which has many more shopping and food options ( I suggest the Shirokiya Japan Village Walk for a Japanese food court). During our stay, we attended the Paradise Cove luau, and their bus picks you up from a block away! As for the condo itself, the property had all the necessities and then some; it comfortably fit four adults and probably could have fit one more. The bed and sofa were comfortable; everything was clean. Ceiling fans kept the air circulated while the air conditioning keeps you cool. Edna and staff provided soap and shampoo. There are two flat screen televisions: one in the living room and another in the bedroom. If you don't want to watch TV, feel free to stream some videos using their complimentary WiFi! A full sized fridge, electric stove, oven and a dishwasher highlight a very usable kitchen area. If recall correctly, there was also a Crock-Pot slow cooker, a coffee maker, and plenty of dishes and cooking vessels. We didn't take advantage of the kitchen area, but I'll consider it for my next visit! As for Edna and her staff, they were great. Edna was quick to respond to any inquiry before, during, AND after the stay. Her directions to getting to and into the condo were easy to understand. In conclusion, I highly recommend this property and have already discussed coming back!

The unit was exactly as pictured and in an excellent location. Easy walk to fantastic shopping, dining and the beach. Easy car ride to major attractions including Diamond Head and Pearl Harbor. Appreciated the coffee, shampoo and soap available until we could get out and get our own. Also appreciated the dedicated parking spot! The owner was very responsive when inquiring about the unit. Would definitely recommend the unit to anyone visiting downtown Honolulu.

The condo was very clean and everything worked. It's a great location-two blocks from the beach with plenty of shopping along the way if your driving, the location provides easy access to and from the freeways and main arterials. Lots of good restaurants close by and within a short walking distance. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The kitchen is fully stocked as are the towels and extra sheets and blankets. If you plan to do laundry, bring plenty of quarters from home. Most business's don't like to make change. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay while visiting Waikiki. We were very pleased with our accommodations during our recent stay, the condo is well kept and offered all the options we needed for a comfortable visit. It is quiet and secure and WiFi access was a great feature as we could share our vacation photos with friends and family throughout our vacation travels. We also liked that we could walk to most places in Waikiki but the free parking space was a great plus because we prefer to rent a car and drive the island to see the sights many tourists never get to see. Edna is a pleasure to work with and provided all the information we needed during our stay even letting us know when the new International Marketplace opened so we could visit there too. If you are looking for someplace to stay while in Waikiki I would suggest you check the availability of this one.

We are a family of five and this condo was perfect accommodations for our family. The condo was very clean and everything worked great ! The beds were very comfortable, AC worked great, plenty of pillows and blankets and towels. The location was excellent walking distance to shopping, food and Waikiki Beach. Edna was a pleasure and was always very responsive as well as Tito and Angelita. Condo definitely felt very homey, wonderfully decorated. A few suggestions, if you plan on doing your laundry bring your own quarters because it's hard to get change locally, drop off luggage in the front lobby before going to parking structure. I would definitely consider staying in this condo again and will recommend to my friends and family! Thank you Edna!!

The apartment is beautiful well-maintain; close to all the attractions at Waikiki Beach. The area is safe, quiet. One of the best places to go is Tiki Bar and Cheeseburger Restaurant five minutes walking distance. On Friday they have the fireworks show at Waikiki beach (free) at 7:30 to 8pm . Edna was a wonderful person, help us with everything at all times. I definitely recommend this property to everyone with or without children. I stay with my family.

Like advertisement, The location is completely right in the heart of Waikiki . I like the cleanliness but the room is too much furniture which limits the space .the only problem we had is the instruction tells us check-in time at 4pm and check-out at 1pm, but the security guy wanted us to leave earlier until we showed the instruction. In general, the room is good enough for tourists . I will recommend my friends about this place.

This condo was in a very safe and nice building. The security guard was so friendly and helpful. We loved that parking was included because hotels charge a $35.00 per day parking fee. The condo was nicely updated and very comfortable for the three of us.

I loved it . The condo was centralized in the heart and was able to get arround very easy. Mc donalds was directly across thw street for my morning coffee. I had difficulty getting checked in and checked out. With the keys. I had two issue with the condo but it does not change my opinion of the condo which was the hardwood floors which are beautiful they are very slippery dangerous for people wit high fall risk. And the beds.. I think they need to get new beds we were sinking in the middle so it made you feel you were falling in.however those were the most comfy beds i slept on. I still give this condo high ratings. It was excellent for the price, it was beautifully decorated. Edna the Owner is super nice. I will definitely be staying here again. My husband and I stayed in Edna's condo for a week in April. We were very happy with it and hope to stay there again. The condo was very clean and spotless, well air conditioned with ceiling fans, well stocked kitchen which was very nice, nice bathroom towels and plenty of storage area for our belongings. It is very nicely decorated in Hawaiian Style. Furniture, especially beds were very comfortable. Also, centrally located to all of Waikiki. Lots of restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Edna gave us excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this to a friend or relative.

My father and I stayed at Edna's place while we had the opportunity to enjoy our time in the Waikiki area. The condo is centrally located from a wide selection of restaurants that range from family/casual dining, to upscale, to fine dining within a three to four block radius. As for night life, there are a plethora of selections of venues that will cater to almost anyone's tastes from budget to high end. For those who wish to do their own cooking and meal preparations, there is a grocery store that is about 2 blocks away and several convenience stores within a block. Waikiki beach is about a 5 minute walk away. There is shopping galore from budget souvenirs to high end fashions and art within a few blocks of the building. If you plan to drive (not needed if you plan to stay in the Waikiki area), there is also a parking stall that is included with the unit that is close to the elevators.Edna was fantastic to deal with. She was responsive and flexible to accomodate our needs. There were many instructions in the unit to ensure that renters knew how everything works. As for the condo unit, you could not ask for a better unit to stay in. Four people can comfortably stay there as there are two queen beds, full dresser to stor clothes, a well equipped kitchen, and an excellent supply of towels and toiletries. There are two flat screen TVs for different TV interests and reliable wifi. Though the building is older (likely from the 70s), the unit was updated and spotless with tile and laminate floors, granite counter tops, and newer appliances. As a person who has allergies to dust, there were no issues at all for the 12 nights we stayed. There are two air-conditioners (one in the bedroom and one in the living area), which had no problems cooling the condo. There is good sound insulation as the hustle and bustle of Kuhio Ave is well muffled. The main entrance is bright and welcoming with 24 hour security. The security is appreciated as Kuhio Ave further down from the condo can be a bit sketchy. There was a recreation area in the 7th floor with swimming pools, game area etc. The pool area is a little run down and could use some revitalization. If there are any drawbacks, they are few and far between… The elevator to the parking garage is inconvenient. You have to go to the main floor to then access the residence part of the condo, but is not an issue if you do not plan to drive. If you are planning a trip to Honolulu, I would highly recommend staying here.

We loved staying at Edna's place during our trip to Honolulu. The condo is centrally located in Waikiki and is just walking distance to ABC stores, Food Pantry, Starbucks and McDonalds is just across the street. Waikiki beach is about 2 blocks away. You can get to the main strip within a block and a half where there are lots of restaurants and designer stores. The Condo was very clean and well maintained. It was well stocked with towels and needed amenities and it had all the utensils in the kitchen for cooking. Edna was super responsive - on the night of the check-in, I had forgotten to download the HomeAway app (Tip: Download this app for rental as it has all the needed details from parking to WIFI instructions) which had the check-in code and had to call her at a very late hour but she was very nice about it and answered all my questions patiently. She was very accommodating and flexible. She allowed us to park our car in the garage after checkout so we could shop around and then come back to get the car. There is a laundry place within the apartment complex that needs quarters (Tip - Get a roll of quarters from the bank across the street). There was a recreation area in the 7th floor with swimming pools, game area etc. While we were not able to utilize it, there were lot of other tenants that used them. The pool and recreation area looked pretty nice and well maintained. I would highly recommend staying here.

Edna's location is very convenient to downtown Waikiki. The condo has a large bedroom and the reserved parking spot is a great plus. We were only there for a few days so were not able to take advantage of the facilities. Edna was a breeze to work with and made everything so easy.

Our family of 5 recently stayed at Edna's condo for 10 nights. The pictures and description do not lie. The condo is clean and well furnished, the kitchen well equipped, and the beds comfortable. The location is excellent as well, being close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We ate at a different restaurant every night, most within walking distance. The free unlimited calls home were a welcome bonus, and the WIFI was reliable. The building is secure, with locked entries and a 24 hour security staff. Edna was a pleasure to deal with. Emails were answered promptly, and every effort was made to ensure that our stay would be a memorable one. We were able to have use of the condo and parking spot after regular check-out time, as our flight did not leave until evening. Next time we go to Waikiki, we won't stay anywhere else.

Very clean, comfortable beds, kitchen well supplied. Our only complaint was check in time is 5.30pm do after a long flight you have to fill your time in until them. Most places checkin is 2-3pm. Also the problem where to store your luggage while you wait to get into your room. But our refund for deposit came through very quickly.

The condo is located perfectly in the middle of all the shopping and action in Waikiki!! Bus stop and taxi cabs right outside the building. The condo was exactly as pictured on the website. Extremely clean and tidy! Very well equipped kitchen! Many more kitchen utensils and small appliances than I expected! Very comfortable beds and plenty of pillows! Exceptional wifi and loved the option to make free calls to mainland USA and Canada! Travelling with three young teens, it was really nice to have the second tv! The security gentlemen downstairs in the lobby were extremely kind and made us feel very safe!! Instructions for the condo were very clear and made for a smooth stay!! Edna was a real pleasure to deal with from the time the reservation was made to the very end of our three week stay! She answered all my questions promptly and is a very KIND, CARING person!! We are definitely staying here again next year!! THANK YOU EDNA!!!

Very convenient location just a few blocks away from the beach, food, shopping etc. nice and clean . Very comfortable stay. Only thing the stove was not working and we were not notified of that. It wasn't a big deal to us as we didn't plan on cooking but that may have caused someone an inconvenience had they planned on making meals. The condo itself has a lovely feel to it and the balcony was a nice plus! Great to sip my morning cup of coffee just enjoying the sounds of Hawaii. I would definitely rent again here! Just enough space for my family!

My husband and I stayed here for 8 nights in mid-October and had a great vacation. What everyone says is true--Edna and Ramon (maintenance) are responsive and helpful, and her place is clean, convenient, and central to everything! The condo was furnished with everything we needed for our week's stay--ample kitchen and bath supplies, soft fluffy towels, excellent wi-fi, and great AC (which we used only a little; the rest of the time we just used the ceiling fans.) The rooms are decorated as pictured, with a tropical theme, so after a day of busy island activities, we always felt a sense of relief as we entered our private oasis of peace and calm. The bed was very comfortable, and we woke up every morning feeling rested and rejuvenated. The heart of Waikiki is a busy area, so there will be the usual city sounds. But of course convenience is a primary benefit of being in an urban area, and the location of this condo was totally convenient. "The Bus" stops right in front of the building, so we took it to Pearl Harbor for $5.00 RT pp, and there are other lines that go to other destinations. We soon discovered the condo is just a couple of blocks away from Waikiki Beach and all the fabulous shopping and dining at the Royal Hawaiian Center, Waikiki Beach Walk, and Kalakaua Avenue. Duke's Marketplace is right around the corner and there's a Starbucks and Mcdonalds right across the street. ABC stores dot the entire area. Though who would want to miss freshly made udon at Marukame down the street or the fab breakfast buffet at Duke's Canoe Club, just a short walk away. We even walked to/from Ala Moana Center and Fort DeRussy a couple times! We didn't have a car, but friends picked us up right in front of the building in the covered, designated drop off/pick up area. The Royal Kuhio is a somewhat older building, but everything is clean, orderly, and well maintained. All the other residents and guests are considerate, and the building has a 24 hr security guard posted in the lobby. We used the laundromat downstairs twice, and it is has tons of washers and efficient dryers, so we never encountered a wait. In fact, the pool and gym are on the same floor, so one time, we just hung out there while we did laundry. Do make sure to bring enough quarters! Btw, the elevators seem to have gotten a recent facelift, and contrary to some past reviews, work just fine; we never had a problem, even with all the times we went between the laundry and our floor. One week stay. The Condo.was everything that was portrayed in the ad. The location was the best ! Close to everything, within walking distance to most activities in Waikiki. The Bus has a main stop right in front of Royal Kuhio. Bus pass for 4 days for 30.00 @ ABC STORE (cash only). Plenty of good restaurants close by. Edna was great, called several times to make sure all way ok, I was impressed by her caring attitude. The security and staff @ Royal Kuhio were very friendly and helpful. Oh and one more thing the Air Conditioning was very cold. I was there when it was hot and humid and the A/C kept us cool. Thanks Edna, hope to be back soon

Place was clean and tidy, we didnt spend much time in the apartment as we were always out exploring, would recommend staying here especially for the location. I stayed here with my family of six. The location is great. It is literally a walk from everything in Waikiki . The check in/ check out process was easy. The owner allowed us to drop off our bags earlier then the check in time since we arrived so early. That was very helpful! The apartment looks just like the pictures . The beds in the room where super comfortable . The sofa bed was an inflatable bed but comfortable, only thing is that linens where not provided for it. We had to give up some of the sheets from the bedroom for it. There was a closet full of linens but three signs around and in the closet told us not to touch the sheets. Wifi worked great as my sister got to do her homework with no problem (she's in grad school) . The condo building itself is a little outdated but very secure as far as getting in and out. Parking was great and very convenient. Elevators staying in the 10th floor where hard to get cause they were always full by the time they got to you but we got smart and just started getting elevator going up and then riding it all the way down. Small gym with one eleptical and a couple of machines. Swimming pool was nice . Only suggestions I would make is that if the stay is longer then 6 days, as ours was, maybe having the maid come in and exchange for new towels and maybe refill toilet paper in the middle of the stay. We had to wash towels every few days because we were only given one towel a person and ran out of toilet paper after three days. Called the maid and she never responded but the owner called me back two days later to tell me the maid wasn't able to go by because she had another job, by that time we had already bought the TP. Not that big of a deal just would be more convenient. Also , for six people storage space wasn't much, two of us had to live out of suitcase. There is 3 closets , but two are not allowed to be used, maybe making one more available or adding another chest would work better. Overall for the location and the price , I would stay there again and would recommend it to family and friends. Thank you for allowing us to stay here. Mahalo!

This was our family's first time traveling to Hawaii and this place was great!! Edna the owner, Nida the housekeeper, and Ramon the maintenance man were all very nice and accommodating. The place is just as you see it on the website. It was fully stocked with all the necessities. We rented a car, so the parking space was great! This place is centrally located so there is a lot within walking distance. Thank you Edna, Nida, and Ramon for everything! We can't wait to visit again.

The island was solidly booked and this was the most special luck ever. We were just glad to get a place and didn't know what to expect. We could not believe how wonderful this condo was. Talk about centrally located! It was right in the heart of Waikiki within a very short walk to fabulous shopping restaurants and the beach. We made the mistake of renting a car and it sat in the garage except for one excursion. The Bus stops right out front and goes all over the island and we found it very convenient. The condo itself was equipped with everything you could possibly need, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. Having a kitchen saved us a fortune because we were able to cook a lot of our meals and save the cost of restaurants. The building has excellent 24 hour security, although the neighborhood is VERY upscale. There is a great pool, workout facility, barbecues and many other amenities. Although we didn't need the car, it was great to have a dedicated slot in the garage that was very secure. We got to interact with the owner several times and she was so nice and accomodating. She really bent over backwards to see that we enjoyed our stay. We also interacted with the cleaning person and she stopped by just to make sure we had everything we needed. My wife and I have a vacation home on Hilton Head that we rent out through VRBO, and I want to tell you that we learned several things that will help us to better please our guests. I can't think the owner Edna enough for a fabulous vacation. This will definitely be our first choice when we return.

My wife and I have a vacation home on Hilton Head that we rent out through VRBO, and I want to tell you that we learned several things that will help us to better please our guests. I can't think the owner Edna enough for a fabulous vacation. This will definitely be our first choice when we return.

It is hard to write this review without making it seem too good to be true, but it really was. This was truly a last minute deal (the night before). The island was solidly booked and this was the most special luck ever. We were just glad to get a place and didn't know what to expect. We could not believe how wonderful this condo was. Talk about centrally located! It was right in the heart of Waikiki within a very short walk to fabulous shopping restaurants and the beach. We made the mistake of renting a car and it sat in the garage except for one excursion. The Bus stops right out front and goes all over the island and we found it very convenient. The condo itself was equipped with everything you could possibly need, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. Having a kitchen saved us a fortune because we were able to cook a lot of our meals and save the cost of restaurants. The building has excellent 24 hour security, although the neighborhood is VERY upscale. There is a great pool, workout facility, barbecues and many other amenities. Although we didn't need the car, it was great to have a dedicated slot in the garage that was very secure. We got to interact with the owner several times and she was so nice and accomodating. She really bent over backwards to see that we enjoyed our stay. We also interacted with the cleaning person and she stopped by just to make sure we had everything we needed. Al I can say is EXCEPTIONAL! Being a VRBO owner myself, the extraordinary decor, comforts of home, bidet, location were well received! The Owner had specific written instructions to operate the TV, parking garage, amenities, etc. all extremely helpful and much needed! After the jnstructions were followed, everything was smooth sailing!! Ramon, the Maintenance gentleman was extremely helpful and available very, very quickly even with the most mundane request. His smile and welcoming personality made us feel like we were in great hands!! The building is very conveniently located to amazing shopping, restaurants, Waikiki beach!! All of the tours that we booked this trip picked us up in the Lobby! So convenient! Never even needed a car!! Starbucks, Ross, Coffee Bean, within 5-10 minute walk every morning!! The building is very quiet, well secured with 24 hour security! Little patio great for morning coffee before kids arose from sleep! Waikiki wakes up early!! Will visit every year and stay at our little home away from home! I appreciate all of the little things that were done to make our stay extremely comfortable and flowing smoothly! The Owner is very attentive to the needs of her guests, always available by phone or email with quick responses!! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS PLACE SO VERY MUCH! Thank you Edna!!! See you in 2016!!!

Went to Hawaii for my daughter's graduation, and the condo turned out just perfect! Looks just like it does in the photos. You can tell that the owner cares about the maintenance an upkeep of her condo. I was given great instructions for checking in, parking, use of elevators, laundry etc. Great location if you want to be in near good Waikiki shopping. I would stay here again if I was planning a trip back to Ohau, and would recommend it as a great and very comfortable place to stay.

This was the first time we booked a condo and it definitely won't be the last! This condo is in an ideal local on Kuhio, just minutes from the main shopping area and the beach. Everything was clean and cared for, and it was so nice to have assigned parking, reliable WiFi and satellite TV available (in both the living room and bedroom)! With two young children, it was also very nice to have sandtoys and beach chairs available for our use--an added bonus! The owner (Edna) was extremely responsive to all of our questions and even checked in on us after we arrived. We had a terrific stay and we hope to come back next year. Thanks, Edna!

we stayed at this place in april 2014 for two weeks and had the time of our lives. The condo is at the doorstep of everything and the bus and trolley stops are right at the front. Very comfortable and clean! Pictures provided are accurate. First time renting a condo-would never go back to a hotel after staying here. Enjoyed having our "own place". BBQ was great,full kitchen saved us money and beds were super comfortable. Building was clean and provided lots to do. Pool was cleaned to the max every am -including all lounge chairs being washed down. Security at entrance 24-7. Plan to come back again and hopefully will be able to stay here again. Thanx Edna.

Had a very good time there. Despite the minor speeds bumps when we got there. It was sort of a pain getting the keys, then going to the garage and lastly making it out to our room. Just needed getting used to. After a few days it was the norm. Overall, Eda and her housekeeper along with jer maintenence guy was more than help. We really enjoyed our stay there. Can't beat being right on the strip. Great stay! I really recommend for the price.

I had the pleasure staying at this lovely condo a week ago. This was my first stay at a condo versus a hotel, and I can safely say this was a great change. I had my own designated parking stall, free WiFi, security guard on hand, being able to barbeque if I wanted to, nice laundry room - lots of great amenities. I was very thankful that I was within walking distance to several nice restaurants and even a Starbucks! The beds were comfortable and the whole condo was just clean. I had everything I needed to for meals in the condo, I even had a chance to make some cookies for a late night snack! Mahalo Edna for a wonderful stay!

We found this unit to be well equipped and clean when we arrived. We especially noted the new pots and pans as well as bath towels. The bed was comfortable and we felt the bedding was fresh. During our stay Edna replaced an older chair and paid special attention to maintaining the Hawaiian décor. She also purchased a cover for the sofa which we thought was a great idea given the fact that in this environment it is washable and nice to sit on. To us, this showed the owners desire to re-invest in their property. Edna maintained contact with us to ensure we were enjoying our stay and expressed appreciation for anything we did on her behalf. We are pleased to recommend this unit and would consider staying here again. Thanks again Angel and Edna for a great two month stay!

We arrived late after 3 weeks in usa mainland, where we did not stop. Getting our keys and into the unit was so easy. It was so close to get to everything from the unit. We had a family of five and with the sofa bed out it was quite tight. Maybe not so many little tables and trinkets. But that would be our only complaint. Everything was just as the photos showed and a great place for a family. We went and did food shopping at safeway, but then found Wallmart cheaper. Thanks heaps for having us.

My family and I stayed here for 5 days and we were happy to find out that this condo unit is exactly as it looks in the pictures. It was clean and well stocked and just enough space for a family of 6. We appreciated the conveniences of having wi-fi access and the free parking pass because finding parking around Waikiki can be quite difficult. We also liked the fact that the condo was in a great location in Waikiki. We were across the street from Starbucks, the ABC store, Mc Donalds, and within walking distance to the International Marketplace, Duke's and the Royal Hawaiian Center. Best of all, the bus stop is right in front of the Royal Kuhio so a car isn't necessary. The only downside was that since it is in the heart of Waikiki, it can get a little noisy at night when you're trying to sleep. But the noise didn't bother us at all. Needless to say, we had a wonderful time and would recommend this place to anyone! My family and I would definitely stay here again. Edna has been great to work with and she responded to my messages rather quickly and she was eager to help make our stay comfortable. Thanks again so much, Edna!

My friends and I absolutely enjoyed our stay at this cozy condo. It was well-kept and well-equipped, and the location is great for shopping around and going to the beach. The parking on-site was very convenient. We would definitely like to stay here again for our vacation next time :)
